The candidate for the Common Front for Congo, FCC, Emmanuel Ramazani Shadary has just left the office of the independent national electoral commission, CENI, where he has applied for this coalition whose president Joseph Kabila is moral authority.

"After consultation, President Joseph Kabila has chosen my modest person to carry the project of the FCC, which is a project of the people," the secretary general of the ruling party told reporters.

"Joseph Kabila, this important national and even international personality, has just today made the greatest citizen act because he promised that the constitution will be respected and he did it," said Ramazani Shadary.

The candidate of the Common Front for Congo promises to present in the coming days the social project of its platform which will be articulated around the peace, the social and the reconstruction.
